GRIT ELITE AAU

Our GRIT Elite program continues our mission of player development into the AAU world. Our teams are vastly different from typical AAU in the following ways

  • Teams have low numbers to ensure coaching and playing time. 

  • Coaches follow a foundational player development program on all teams. 

  • Teams play local tournaments to minimize travel time and ensure players have the energy to practice. 

  • Our director connects player directly with college coaches. 

General HS Information 

  • Season runs March, April, May, July. (Tryouts in October)

  • 2 practices per week.

  • Committed coaches who have either coached at the high school level or played collegiately.

  • Flexible scheduling for players in spring sports. 

  • Tournaments in Michigan, Indiana, Ohio

General MS Information 

  • Tryouts in October 

  • Two sessions

    • Session 1: January - Early March​

    • Session 2: Mid March-May 

  • Flexible scheduling for players in spring sports. 

  • Tournaments in Michigan and Indiana. 

  • 2 practices per week.

  • Some parents who have previous coaching experience will act as coaches.
